Q: How far out in advance should I inquire? It's never too early to ask! If you have your wedding date and a venue I would highly recommend reaching out.
Q: ​I don't know how many people want their hair done yet. Am I able to still book? Yes, of course! My recommendation is that you only include those in your party who are 100% wanting a wedding day style. If someone is on the fence you can always add them at a later date (schedule permitting).
Q: How do I secure you for my wedding? Once you inquire, you’ll receive a custom proposal and service agreement. If everything looks like perfection then all I need is a quick signature and your retainer fee. Once complete, you’re all set!

Q: What's included when I book with you? Not just your wedding day hair, don’t worry. You’re getting your wedding day styling + a bridal preview, so we can try everything out and make sure you feel 100% confident in your look. You’ll also get 3 bridal hair guides with timelines, tips, and all the good-to-know stuff! Plus, I’ll create a custom wedding morning timeline so everything runs smooth and stress-free. At your preview, you’ll take home a custom prep kit with my go-to products to get your hair ready for the wedding morning. And your bridal party? They’re getting touch-up kits too (because we’re not letting anyone fall apart halfway through the night). Bringing your own clip-ins? I’ve got you. I’ll handle the placement.
Q: What is your travel fee? Travel is calculated on a per-mile basis. My current rate is $0.75 per mile for any location more than 20 miles from my base. All distances are calculated from the 49009 zip code. If travel or timing gets a little tight, I may require overnight accommodations to keep the morning smooth and stress-free.
​Q: Do you have a booking minimum or maximum? Yes, there is a $500 service minimum for all wedding bookings. This can be met with any combination of services/add-ons (bride + bridal party). If your group is smaller, the minimum still applies. I can accommodate up to 8 services for a single artist booking. If your party is larger, an additional artist may be required.

​Q: Where will my bridal preview take place? Your preview will be held at either Selah Studios in downtown Kalamazoo (pending availability for your preview date).
​Q: Can I make changes to my services after booking? Yes, of course! Final details are locked in 90 days before the wedding, so as long as you communicate those changes via email before the 90 day mark, we can adjust as needed. Just be sure that adjustments still meet the booking minimum and maximum requirements.
Q: My timeline changed last minute. What do I do now? Don’t stress! Just tell me ASAP. If it impacts timing, I may need a little flexibility, but I’ll always do my best to adjust and take care of you.

Q: What age would be considered a flower girl? Age 9 and under.
Q: Do you offer a bridal preview before booking with you? Bridal previews are reserved for my booked brides. Once you’re officially booked with me, we’ll get yours scheduled.
Q: How do extension rentals work? I’m so excited to finally offer rental extensions. It takes the stress of color matching and prepping completely off your plate. No guessing, no DIY, and no random extension hair sitting in your bathroom drawer after the wedding collecting dust. If you’re interested, just let me know and sign the rental agreement. I’ll take care of the color match, professional prep, and bringing them with me on the wedding day, so you literally don’t have to think about it.
Q: What is your cancellation policy? This can be found in your bridal service agreement. In short, cancellations made within 90 days of the wedding will be charged 50% of the total services reserved. My heart is always to understand, so cancellation situations are handled on a case-by-case basis.
